In the future, Horizon Dream Travel may chose to obtain a Seller of Travel License in one or more of the aforementioned states based on sales and demand for travel in those areas.
No, you are an Independent contractor (1099 based income) of Horizon Dream Travel operating under our business entity and credentials. It is a commission-based role and is not a hourly position.
HDT carries a $1,000,000 Errors & Omissions policy, but it is strongly recommended you get your own as well. However, is not required to do business.
Our suppliers pay commissions directly to Horizon Dream Travel. Your commissions are then paid every Tuesday directly to your bank account through ACH transfers. Once we receive commissions from our suppliers, you can anticipate receiving your commissions on the following Tuesday.

Horizon Dream Travel provides you an opportunity to change your commission tier once a year. You will need to make this request no less than 30 days prior to the end of the current year or by December 1. You are able to submit the requeted change through the Agent Portal. You can also submit a ticket to [email protected] that contains the commissions tier to which you’d like to move.
As an independent contractor acting on behalf of Horizon Dream Travel LLC, any leads provided by Horizon Dream Travel or generated as a result of Horizon Dream Travel’s marketing are considered clients of Horizon Dream Travel LLC and neither leads nor clients can be serviced past the end of your contract and association with our agency.
Any leads you bring to Horizon Dream Travel are your leads and can be taken with you unless they have already been converted to clients. Horizon Dream Travel, however, retains the right to market to, solicit to, and service clients and leads brought in during your contracted term with Horizon Dream Travel LLC.
Yes, you will need to give HDT a minimum of a 30-day notice in writing for the cancellation. Refunds unavailable for unused monthly/annual subscription terms.
